the Labs is founded
An applied-AI lab and venture studio, built to turn research into AI that people can actually use.
the Labs exists to close a specific gap. There is no shortage of capable models. There is a shortage of AI that reaches the person who needs it, in a form they can trust and afford.
So we do two things. We build our own AI products, starting with Dalang. And we design solutions for each kind of user, from an individual with a single job to do, to an enterprise with security and compliance to satisfy.
The studio model is deliberate. One foundation, many products. What we learn building and measuring Dalang carries into whatever comes next, instead of starting cold each time.
Our bias is toward proof. We would rather show a benchmark or a shipped result than make a claim we cannot back. That discipline is the subject of a separate note.
